הנותן לפונדקית מעשר את שהוא נותן לה ואת שהוא נוטל ממנה מפני שחשודה לחלוף אמר רבי יוסי אין אנו אחראין לרמאין אינו מעשר אלא מה שהוא נוטל ממנה בלבד:

I will not write anything more here, but I’ve been keeping track of Rabbi Yossi’s opinions throughout the Mishnah, which for the most part seem to be extremely moderate and reasonable.  I’ll continue posting about him as I come across more and more of his statements.
